We publish anonymised cases as they complete and as clients give permission. This page sets out what each one will cover.
Why these are worth reading
Most finance websites describe what they do in the abstract. That tells you very little, because every broker describes themselves the same way.
What actually distinguishes one firm from another is how they handle the cases that are not straightforward: the practice declined by its own bank, the acquisition with an awkward timescale, the ledger too concentrated for a mainstream funder. Those are the situations these pages cover.
What each case will set out
- The sector and rough size of the business, anonymised
- What they were trying to fund
- What made it difficult, stated plainly
- How it was structured, and why that lender
- The outcome, with real figures and real timescales
We do not publish cases where the client could be identified without their written permission, and we do not round the numbers to flatter ourselves. That is also why this page fills up slowly rather than all at once.
In the meantime
If you want to know whether we have handled something like your situation, the quickest route is to ask. We will tell you plainly whether it is the kind of case we place regularly, and whether it is placeable at all.
That conversation costs nothing and takes twenty minutes.
