Calculators

Quick indicative figures for the three calculations that come up most often. They are guides, not quotations.

What these will not tell you

They calculate repayments on figures you supply. They cannot tell you what rate you will be offered, how much a lender will actually advance, or whether the structure is the right one.

On a practice purchase in particular, the split between goodwill and property, and the term on each, affects your monthly cost more than the interest rate does. You can model that by running the goodwill and property elements through the practice loan calculator separately and adding them together, but choosing the right split and terms needs the actual figures in front of someone.

Use these to sanity-check a number. Then talk to us about what is actually achievable.
