Figures, rates and criteria
Lending figures, rates, loan-to-value limits, terms and criteria shown on this site are indicative. They reflect our understanding of lender appetite at the date the page was last reviewed, and are stated on each page where relevant.
Lending criteria change frequently and without notice. Any figure quoted here is subject to lender assessment, your circumstances, valuation and prevailing market conditions. No figure on this site constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to lend.
Where a page carries a review date, that is the date on which the figures on it were last checked.
Regulatory position
Bolton Business Finance Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and can only complete non-regulated introductions. We arrange business and commercial finance only.
We do not advise on or arrange regulated mortgage contracts, consumer credit, residential mortgages or regulated buy-to-let. If what you need is a regulated product, we will tell you, and depending on what is needed, either decline the enquiry or refer you to a firm that can help.
Commercial mortgages and unregulated bridging loans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Property offered as security may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments.
Commission
We work with an unrestricted number of lenders and will receive commission from a lender if you enter into a finance contract with them. Different lenders pay different amounts under different models: a fixed fee, a fixed rate of commission, a percentage of the amount borrowed, or a rate-for-risk arrangement based on the risk profile of the business.

Calculators
The calculators on this site produce indicative figures from the values you enter. They assume a constant interest rate and exclude arrangement fees, valuation costs, legal fees and early repayment charges. They are not quotations and do not constitute an offer of finance.
