The firm
Medical Business Finance is a trading name of Bolton Business Finance Ltd, founded in March 2020 and based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. We are a full member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers and work with a panel of over 100 banks and lenders.
Since 2020 we have arranged over £20 million of commercial finance for UK businesses, and hold twenty verified five-star reviews on Google.

Why only healthcare
Most commercial finance brokers cover every sector, which means covering none of them in depth. We took the opposite view. Working in one sector means we already know how a GP partnership’s serviceability is calculated, what a dental practice’s goodwill is worth to a lender, how a pharmacy’s contract income is assessed and why a care home’s valuation basis changes the deposit you need.
It also means we know the specific lending desks that make these decisions, rather than submitting to whoever comes up first on a panel.
What we arrange
Business loans, commercial mortgages, asset and equipment finance, invoice finance and unregulated bridging, for practices and healthcare businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are not tied to any lender.
What we do not do
We arrange non-regulated business finance only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not arrange or advise on regulated mortgages, consumer credit, insurance or investments. Where a case requires a regulated firm, we will tell you, and depending on what is needed, either decline the enquiry or refer you to a firm that can help.
